Rutherford Real Estate.
Rutherford - along with neighborhing Oakville and Yountville - collectively are Napa Valley's "mid-valley". This mid-valley area is particularly desirable due to its close proximity to attractions both north and south, along with a relatively undeveloped bucolic charm that's almost impossible to obtain in other Napa Valley locations.

Country property options in Rutherford (and all the mid-valley locations) are difficult to obtain with price signficantly higher than even St. Helena to the north. Still some inventory does come available each year. And thanks to a small one-block long downtown street in Rutherford there are even some more affordable options.
