"Robert has represented me for 4 property purchases over the last 10 years, including the most recent property purchase. He is very responsive and thorough in his approach to purchasing property. He looks at the deal from a business perspective and he knows his market area very well. His organizational ability helps get the purchase closed in a very efficient manner. He is able to recommend other professionals to help with the process for inspections, investigations and reports. I recommend him highly and will continue to use his services in the future."

He has a keen understanding of the various issues that can be complex, facing a homebuyer in the valley, including water, permitting, land uses, etc. He is extremely responsible - no question is too small. You would be hard-pressed to find another agent in Napa who works as hard as Rob."

In all stages of our recent home purchase, he went above and beyond for us. Our purchase had more challenges than an average home purchase, and Robert was attentive and at our side throughout. He was an expert with negotiations, researching Napa County documents, arranging contractor assessments, coordinating title documents, and helping us navigate some unexpected financing challenges. He certainly played a huge role in helping us reach a successful transaction. We are grateful for his service in his industry."

"Loved working with Rob! And, I am pretty demanding! Felt like I was his only client, far from the truth, but he always found the time to fit in a random last-minute home visit. He also fought for us on pricing. He sold two homes and bought one for us in 2020. Crazy times! Highly recommended!"
